1. Agreement
By downloading or using Tot (the "Application") or totbabytracker.com (the "Website"), you agree to these terms. Tot is provided by Muneeb Rana (Xtra App Studios). On iOS, Apple's Standard EULA also applies.
2. Not medical advice
Tot is a logging app. It doesn't diagnose, treat or monitor any condition and isn't a baby monitor. Content on the Website is general information. Always follow your pediatrician's advice. See the medical disclaimer.
3. Your account and data
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for who you invite as caretakers.
4. Subscriptions
Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel in your store account settings; refunds follow store policies.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Application, attempt to access others' data, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
6. Liability
The Application is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of logged data.
