Tot

About Tot

About Tot: Tot is a baby tracker app for iPhone and Android that keeps feeds, sleep, diapers, growth, vaccines and medicines in one log you can share with everyone who cares for your baby. It's made by Xtra App Studios, founded by Muneeb Rana.

Why we made Tot

New parents juggle dozens of small facts every day: the last feed, which side, how long the nap was, how many wet diapers, when the next vaccine is due. Most of it lives in tired memories and group chats. We wanted one simple, shared log for the whole family.

Our mission

To make baby logging simple and honest: quick entries, clear trends, easy sharing, and guides checked against trusted medical sources that say plainly what we don't know. Tot is a log, not a baby monitor, and doesn't give medical advice.

Who we are

Muneeb Rana, Founder, Xtra App Studios. He built Tot, a baby tracker for iPhone and Android, so parents and caretakers can keep a baby's feeds, sleep, diapers and health notes in one shared log instead of piecing the day together from memory and messages. He writes the guides on this site.

Medical reviewer: Safi Ullah Khan. Health guides on this site are reviewed by Safi Ullah Khan.

Xtra App Studios is a small independent app studio. See xtraappstudios.com.

How we keep content accurate

Every health guide cites sources such as the AAP (HealthyChildren.org), CDC, WHO, NHS, NICHD, Mayo Clinic and La Leche League, shows the date it was last updated, and goes through medical review. We don't publish invented statistics, ratings or testimonials. Read the editorial policy and medical disclaimer.
