Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Tot baby tracker app for mobile devices (the "Application") and the website at totbabytracker.com (the "Website"). Both are provided by Muneeb Rana (Xtra App Studios) (the "Service Provider", "we", "us") as a freemium service, "as is".
1. Information we collect in the app
Collected automatically. When you use the Application it may collect your device's IP address, the screens you visit and when, the time spent in the Application, and your device's operating system.
Location. Tot does not collect precise location.
Information you provide. We may ask for personally identifiable information such as email and a user ID. Baby data you log (feeds, sleep, diapers, growth, vaccines, medicines, baby names and birth dates) is health-related information about a child. Those logs are stored in the cloud so you can open them on your phones. Caretakers you invite can see the log you share with them. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
2. How we use information
To run and improve the Application, to keep your log in the cloud, to provide caretaker sharing, to send reminders you set (for example vaccine reminders), and to contact you with important notices.
3. Third-party services
The Application uses services with their own privacy policies: Google Play Services, AdMob (ads), Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. Those services may collect device information under their own policies.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We may disclose information as required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with service providers who act on our behalf under this policy. Caretakers you invite can see the baby data you share with them. You can export your logs from the app.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep data you provide for as long as you use the Application and a reasonable time after. You can delete your data in the app. You can also email muneebrana@xtraappstudios.com.
6. Children
The Application is for parents and caregivers, not for children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 as users. Information you log about your baby is provided by you as their parent or guardian.
7. Security
We use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information stored for the Application.
8. Website
The Website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are used. We don't sell personal information.
